Framing the ideas

It seems slightly strange to be starting this part of the blog now as we have been working on these ideas for SUCH a long time. However, it seemed right to document the journey and share the ups and downs as we seek to turn our thoughts into action!

Lots of people have spoken to me about setting up a business or running a project - I guess what I can conclusively say I have learnt so far is that it does not happen overnight!

Many of the ideas we are working on don’t just have an origin of a year but of multiple years - as Learning Allowed builds on the work of EquippingKids and other projects I have created.

Our efforts at the moment centre on ‘capturing’ the essence of these ideas - by extending how we understand ourselves as learners and how this unlocks so much of ‘who we are’ and as a result ‘what we do’. This will lead to a series of new projects/ programmes that we are aiming to make available from September 2024.
