Chapter 10 - Inspire lead learners

This episode explores practical ways to put our approach into practice. Previous episodes have made clear that an environment in which a learner can effectively connect, demands a level of self-evaluation from the facilitator.

Here we are keen to re-assert that, only when a ‘teacher’ has a strong sense of promoting positive learning identities will they be most effective. Facilitators are learners too! Within our ambitions for the ‘connected learner’ and that lifelong journey, the significance of what it means to ‘keep on learning’ is heightened, as instructors, facilitators, teachers are encouraged to engage with their place as a ‘lead learner’.
